Pasta with tomatoes (Italian recipe) 👌
Here is a recipe for perfect Italian tomato pasta:Ingredients:400 g (14 oz) spaghetti400 g (14 oz) canned tomatoes1 clove garlic1 tablespoon tomato paste1 teaspoon sugarFresh basilSalt and pepperOlive oil
Instructions:Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.In the meantime, heat a little olive oil in a large pan and add the minced garlic.
Add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper, and some chopped fresh basil.
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the al dente pasta and add it to the pan with the tomato sauce. Mix well and serve immediately, garnished with some fresh chopped basil. Enjoy!
